As a VA, I also choose to work with clients whose work excites me and interests me - it helps get me motivated to complete tasks when I am interested in their work. So many times I have given people the advice to ‘find a VA that fits you’, and this is reflected in your question in your post.

There really are times that I feel so burnt out and feel like i want to stop and just do nothing. When this happens, I simply follow what my body wants to do, rest for like a day and two.
