I would think that VAs could take the initiative here and market a package for holiday tasks. It would even be a good trial package that would let a client and VA test drive the relationship on a short term project.

What a great post, Jaime. I am finding more and more of my clients are utilizing my virtual services for exactly these tasks.

I have several of them that are also looking at an online system that I manage that can significantly reduce their cost per card and completely take the handwriting, stuffing, sealing and mailing piece away. http://www.sendoutcards.com/virtual

They are thrilled that for only $1.05 per card (which includes postage) that they can seamlessly send their holiday cards to clients, as well as friends and family. And another great feature is that they can attach a gift to the card if they are sending cards to out of town family and friend.

I love the holidays (I’m an almost Christmas baby), but I hate the hustle & bustle that comes with it. So like Jaime said, consider a VA, it will be the best Christmas present you can give yourself.
