Hi everyone! This forum is fantastic. I have been a lurker and must admit am a bit nervous about my first post! (What if I make a spelling error? I have yet to download the spell check for this forum unsure.gif )

I have a question about the VBSS Start Up. Can someone please explain what parts of the system, if any, I will be able to instantly download? I notice the full access to forum can take 24-48 hours, is this immediately following payment (in full)? Or would I get access once package is received via mail (maybe it would contain a password)?

Also, in reference to the free webpage included with the Start Up package; is the example of that here?

Thanks for your time and all the wonderful support here.

Hi and welcome! Glad you made that first post. I'd rather you make a post here with spelling mistakes than not post at all wink.gif

Now as for the VBSS, if you order it upfront (not the 3 easy payment way) then you will get access to the VAinsiders Club which has a majority (although not all) of the templates in it. You'll also get access right away to a download of the business plan template to start working on it. It takes anywhere from 3-12 days for your VBSS to ship but there are so many other resources to utilize that you'll have lots to check out. You'll also get access to the VBSS Startup Forum area and all the RFPs. We always say it takes24-48 hours just in case you order on a weekend and I'm not around but typically I check my email every 3-6 hours and if I see someone has ordered the VBSS then I will set them up right away with their access to the VAinsider Club.

Here are some examples of the wordpress style websites we've designed for VBSS members. Please note that some of these are brand new and not completed with content yet but it will give you an idea of what the templates look like. They are all custom designed. Or you also have the option of using the 10 HTML templates included with the VBSS.

Let me know if you have any problems ordering it!

Some people have problems with their cards being declined and these are usually the reasons why:

1) You must use the exact name, address and phone number for your purchase that is on your credit card statement or the sale will not process. This is for security reasons with online fraud so prevalent nowadays and I’m sure you can understand.
2) Sometimes if you live in the USA or out of country your credit card company will think it suspicious having a transaction going through it to Canada where our head office is located and will reject the sale. If this is the case, you will have to contact your credit card company to allow the sale to process and try purchasing the product again one you have notified them to release the funds.

If you have any problems, please call me during business hours on my toll free number: 866-943-6665 and I will personally process your credit card number manually over the phone.

No problems at all. I rec'd an email w/business plan downloads. I have access to more places on forum. The charge went through on my debit card (I have a great bank! They called me to make sure I placed a debit for that amount smile.gif) Seems all is going smoothly. Thanks a HEAP!
