Does anyone here use Constant Contact? I have a client who is presently using this and I'm looking for some feedback on the service. I noticed that many VAs use MailChimp, Aweber, and others, but I haven't seen many mention Constant Contact.

I have worked with Constant Contact some for clients. I personally use Aweber for my own stuff.

I've used it. Don't like it. I can make the little monkey (Mail Chimp) do what I want easier than I can Constant Contact.

I am Familiar with Constant Contact, but never used it, I tried to but didn't like the features I contact seemed a much easier Auto Responder to get used to, plus it is very useful for analytics.

I know this is an old post however for anyone that is wondering about Constant Contact, they are a great system but they have their limitations as all Email Providers do.  I recommend and prefer Aweber personally.  There is also MailChimp which I do not prefer although they have a free option.  Testing out the most popular ones and seeing what they each have to offer will help you to help your clients make a decision. Don't forget to sign up as an affiliate so you can earn money referring to your clients.
