Our VAintern Program has been designed from the
outset as an internship-based training program to help develop the skills through work experience
a Virtual Assistant needs to make a successful career in this ever-expanding industry.
Our pre-screened VAinterns are project managed and carefully monitored
by a team of Veteran VAs at VAnetworking. You will work directly with the Veteran
VA and not the VAintern. Your VA Veteran liason will personally work
one on one with you to help ensure your work gets done to your satisfaction
through the use of the pre-screened and skilled VAinterns in training.
Our VAintern Program is fully functional now with 30 skilled VAs patiently waiting to help you with your business needs. We NEED some VAclients to come onboard and retain our VAinterns! So, if you have been looking at hiring a VA for subcontract work, look no further than VAnetworking for an economical solution to your search. This is your opportunity to help promote the next generation of VAs entering the workforce. It's a win/win!
Help promote the next generation of VAs entering the workforce gain the virtual work experience required to launch and maintain a successful VA business. Ask any successful veteran VA and they will tell you that one of the most important qualifications needed in launching your own VA business is having the history of real world work experience, handling real issues, for real clients. This is exactly what the VAintern Program is all about! The clients are real, the work is real and the experience invaluable as it helps the corporate secretary blossom into a Virtual Assistant.
It’s also a great opportunity for you to “test the waters” for your expansion and subcontract plans at only $8/hr which goes towards covering administrative and project management costs within the VAintern program. Our VAinterns enthusiastically donate their time and in exchange the VAintern Program instills confidence and gives them valuable experience working virtually with clients in a real world scenario.
I cannot say enough good things about the VAintern Program. I have used them to get my internal systems in place as well as get caught up on a few projects for my clients. All of my task requests have been met with enthusiasm and have been done within the time frame I have needed, if not sooner.
With out this program, I would not be able to get to a place where I am working “ON” my business instead of “IN” it like I have always envisioned. I have recommended this program to several of my fellow VAs and will continue to do so to anyone who is looking to get their business in order.

I am speechless to the work that was
provided by the VA Interns. I
am never dissatisfied when I receive the finished product. Its
like they read my mind and the best part they go over and beyond
to ensure that the work is done exactly how I wanted it done. They
have freed up my time, saved me money and allowed me to sit back
with ease and wait for the finishing touches. The VA interns
are the next best thing and I personally would like to send each
of them a special gift. They are the type of VA’s
I need on my team permanently. Thank you for all your support,
thank thank you , thank you...

The Top 10 Reasons You Should Outsource Your
Overflow To A Virtual Assistant Intern
by VAnetworking member Frances
Palaschuk
Outsource and Organize the Overflow of Work in your Office
to a Virtual Assistant Through The VAIntern Program
If
you are looking to outsource and organize the overflow of work in
your office to a Virtual Assistant (VA) then the VAIntern program managed
by VAnetworking.com could be your secret weapon.
Not only will you be getting a real person
who is dying to test drive their new found passion but also an unbelievable
rate of only $8.00 an hour.
How and why is this possible you ask, let
me tell you the story.
As you probably already know from searching
around Google for a Virtual Assistant the industry is hot right now
and is becoming increasingly popular at an astonishing rate. Virtual
business owners, or anyone for that matter are trying to focus all
of their energy on what they do best and make the most money for
their business. The number
one tool that you will see all of these savvy business owners using
is a Virtual Assistant.
So, if you think about it the more experienced,
tenured VAs are usually already booked full and actually are hiring
their own VAs so that they can focus on making more money. Bringing in new talent onto any
team big or small is smart. Especially if you want to maximize
your relations with your existing customers. If your customers
are happy now imagine what they would think if you could find a way
to offer them even more value.
To start off with, delegating time consuming
tasks not only takes a huge load off your shoulders, clears your
mind, but you are also building a relationship with someone who is
eager to learn about your business and help you develop it in any
way he/she can.
VAnetworking.com has a growing rate of VAs
turning to the association for support. Most times, these are seasoned
administrative, creative, and technical professionals who are simply
fulfilling their desire to start a business and work from home. In
an effort to help these VAs gain experience working "virtual" VAnetworking.com designed
the VAintern Program. To give these professionals a way to gain credibility
and practical experience.
Here are the top 10 ways (that I can think
of) that your business will benefit from hiring a VA Intern today:
- It's the perfect opportunity to hire
someone who is "fresh" and
very eager to help you therefore creative and open.
- Your team will be happy to have someone to help out with projects.
- If it's your first time outsourcing, it's a great way to ease into
this fast evolving business strategy.
- The VA will be a huge resource for all of those idea's that you
want to research to determine their viability.
- Your business will become more organized, and systematized if the
VA is given the opportunity to create templates and checklists for
repetitive tasks.
- Your business will gain more exposure and credibility if you pass
over the articles and tips that you want to submit to the popular
directories and gain more traffic to your site.
- You will have more and more time each day to focus on the larger
picture and start delegating the pieces to help you get there.
- Your VA can remind you of important deadlines, and upcoming events
relative to your industry.
- Your VA will become your source of information for technology,
industry news, and be able to help you adapt to these trends.
- Your VA will become a partner in your business who knows and really
understands what needs to get done.
