Who I am as a Coach...first and foremost my clients are always great, just as they are, wherever they are in their life. It is an honour and a privilege to work with my clients.

I believe in living life to the fullest with a heaping spoonful of laughter and fun. I am passionate about several things; Virtual Assistants, women entrepreneurs, small businesses and coaching my clients to succeed at whatever they do. As a business owner, I know the struggles and challenges of building and growing a successful business. I have been there. I believe in, and continue to experience, the success of a great client/coach relationship.

I have been a VA since 1997, trained and coached VA's since 2002 and have an in-depth understanding of the issues and challenges unique to coaching this profession. I have worked with coaches as clients since 1997 and hired my own coach that year. I have worked with some of the top coaches in the world since 1999 in my role as a VA at CoachInc.com, the leading international coach training company. I am an active student at Coach U working on completing their Core Essentials Program with intentions of being certified by the International Coach Federation.

As Your VAmotivator

You will find my style is light and relaxed as I believe in not taking ourselves so seriously all the time. However, I do strongly believe that only by stretching outside our comfort zones will growth occur. All my clients have the option to say no or renegotiate any request I ask. I am your sounding board and will hold you accountable but not judge you. I use a mentoring and coaching methodology with little or no consulting.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming,"WOW! What a ride!"
