Company Policy and Procedures

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

How many of you currently have a company policy and procedure manual? One of the first items I created for my Multi-VA Business was a policy/procedure manual and wondering how many other Multi-VA Businesses have incorporated this into their business.

Warmly,

Michelle

I do. Only because I picked up your Multi-VA book

For those of you who dont have it and run a Multi-VA business you are missing out. The operations manual alone is worth it. Any time I dont have to re-create the wheel, all the better!

Michelle,

I'm so glad you posted this...I went and had a look at the page on your website that explains the Multi-VA Business ebook and was thrilled to find something out there that provided such information without me needing to empty my bank account! I'm not quite at the stage where I need the book, but I'm pretty sure I'll be visiting your site again in the near future to make the purchase.

Until then,

Robbie

Hi, Everyone,

Yes, I have a Company Handbook, a Virtual Assistant Procedure Manual, and a Project Manager Procedure Manual. I'm VERY much into procedures, manuals and systems; my background being in the legal field. I had these in place before bringing on multi-VAs and they have been helpful when the VA has a question. They simply go to the WebEx Office and can find what they need in the documents section. All of the VAs have access to this area of WebEx. I have also been compiling a To-Do Manual for those VAs who do not have a certain skill and would like to know how to create a merge letter, etc. It is still a work in progress.

Thanks,

Michele
