I got this in an email today:

 

Yesterday we were taking turns telling stories about Spirit. In Daddy's

story, Spirit "scared the crap out of" a puma. I kind of cringed a little

when I heard it, but it just passed by quietly. Hours later when we were

getting H----h ready for bed she gave J---es a great big hug and said: "Dad,

I love the crap out of you!"

 

They hear, learn and apply. We're thinking that now this will become a compliment in our tribe. Added to the list which includes this same guy giving a niece "an ultimatum". She told her mom that Uncle J. gave her "an old tomato". No one ever gets the ultimatum at our house, but sometimes gets an old tomato.
