This is just a friendly reminder to Stand Up! As VAs it is very easy to sit all day and night. How about we start standing up between each task switch? Every time you go to check off something on your to do list stand up for a second. Better yet, stand up and stretch or stand up and walk to the kitchen and get a drink of water.
