Outlook 2007 Not Working

Recommended Posts

Guest

Good morning all,

I'm having a problem getting Outlook 2007 to open. When I click on the icon, the program opens the window but a message appears, "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window." Of course, everything worked fine yesterday. This just happened 'all of a sudden'.

I just got a brand new computer about 3 weeks ago. There is McAfee protection on it which is pre-installed on the computer. This is a 15-month trial version. The operating system on the computer is Window 7.

I am getting more and more panicky as the day progresses because Outlook is my main source of email communication for my business. Any ideas, suggestions or advice would be very welcome and greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Barb

Hi Yvonne,

Thanks for your response. I opened the link and it worked. I will keep this link handy in case I ever need it again.
