Junjo 0 Posted November 11, 2010 What would be the best way to generate clients? For now I use manta.com and do cold calling. Making survey calls. Any suggestions would be of great help. Thanks
Tawnya Sutherland 1,870 Posted November 11, 2010 What would be the best way to generate clients? For now I use manta.com and do cold calling. Making survey calls. Any suggestions would be of great help. Thanks Big Question! I recommend reading through some of the older posts here under the marketing section. Tons of valuable info here on getting clients from others who have been there and done it. I'd also recommend our Getting Clients VAinsiders Club which is helping hundreds of VAs fill their client bases.
LindaH 52 Posted November 12, 2010 I have to agree with Tawnya. Read through these posts, see what others have done and what steps you should probably side-step. If you are a VAinsider, definitely take advantage of everything that they have to offer. I would also read through the section on Networking.
thyreast 0 Posted March 11, 2011 (edited) What would be the best way to generate clients? For now I use manta.com and do cold calling. Making survey calls. Any suggestions would be of great help. Thanks Hey there! I actually have the same question...I've never heard of Mantra.com. I just signed up. Do you have one of the paid accounts, or are you using the free service? I think I will "test drive" the free service and upgrade later...just wondering if upgrading would be beneficial. Thanks! Tracey R 1 Posted March 12, 2011 What I have been doing to generate clients is Networking B2B, or your local luncheon Events. I give out goodie bags filled with something, such as cookies, candy, or even office supply samples(depending on Month). When I fill it, I wrap it with a pretty ribbin along with my business card attached to it. people love it...Not only they get goodies, but they get your card, and the plus size, you're building relationship with prospective clients. I can not tell you how many referrals I get from doing that.
Utopian_Deborah 0 Posted March 13, 2012 Tracey, That's a fabulous idea! I have a few networking functions lined up this month and I'm going to use that idea for my business cards. Thank you! ~ Deborah
Candy Beauchamp 84 Posted March 14, 2012 Face to face networking, local, if you need clients now. That's still the best way I generate cold clients (who end up being warm, of course). The VERY best is referral. They are like gold. Platinum.
R0nniebryan 0 Posted June 21, 2012 I have used Manta, and Merchant Circle, as a free member, with absolutely no luck. I am not an VA , but I have been an online marketer for over three years, so I have been in the industry quite a while, I have heard great reports from other marketer's who have used Ryze. I have not upgraded yet so, admin if you need to move this , please, do.
netproreferrals 10 Posted August 3, 2017 Well, at the initial level it is a bit tough to generate or get more clients easily. But with the help of referral programs, you can get the chance to connect with millions of users to share your business or business services easily. From there you will surely get more productive results.
