Oooo Monday!!! Why do you torture me so?

Recommended Posts

:forkoff: I feel a bit betrayed. Actually A LOT! I've been working as a virtual assistant for a family member in his small business which focuses in Marketing to medical professionals and clinics. So basically I'm a CRM for him, but my specialty has always been Medical Practice Management. I only accepted to work with him because clients for Medical Practice Management has been scarce. So now this family member just started working with a physician and promoted that his company does Medical Practice Management and he has no idea how to do it. So now he's calling me and asks me how to do it himself!?!

I don't want to lose him as a client but I don't feel that what he's doing is right. I really want to professionally tell him off. Any advise on how to handle this?

I apologize if what I've wrote sounds confusing, I'm just too agitated to make it all make sense.
