I use Amazon S3 to store a lot of files and use it for to store automated backups created for my sites (and those of my clients).

I use Dropbox to store/access/sync files for/to/with clients and my Team.

I use Google Drive same way as Dropbox - but Google Drive has a few different functions (like creating documents, presentations, etc..) all from within Google, all stored and accessible via Google Drive - so I use it, in addition to Dropbox.

So for me, it's all about being able to access files, documents, etc... securely - anywhere, at anytime. I'm not tied to one single computer and can work on the go.

Hello Everybody,

I agree with Traci about Amazon S3 and Dropbox. I would add Evernote.com to those. It lets you copy and save stuff, then access it from any computer or smart phone.

gMail is a cloud service; also available from any computer or smart phone. BatchBook.com is a cloud based CRM system; it syncs with Google Contacts and mail.

I'm starting to look real hard at Google Apps:

I'm attracted to Google Apps because:

  • There's a ton of them available
  • Many are free; most are low priced making them very attractive to small businesses
  • VAs could turn selected ones into real money makers

I use JustCloud, I store all my files there and can access them anywhere. There is a free version and a paid. I use it as a backup for my files as well.
