Using Square to accept credit card payments

Has anyone used Square yet for instant payment processing? I just signed up, fees are very low. They actually send you a card reader for free which you just stick into your cell phone so you can easily swipe credit cards and do payments from your phone. I can see this being really valuable when you are doing in person sales. My hairdresser was using it and it was super cool. You get your funds deposited directly into your bank account and its free to use with minimal (2.75% processing fees). You can accept credit cards, send invoices and run your professional service business from your smartphone or iPad.
