Question about RFPs

Recommended Posts

I am wondering if I could get some input into RFPs. What I am wondering is does everyone find a shorter or longer request for proposal works bette at getting the contract?

Longer takes more time for the client to read, maybe doesn't have lots of time but it gives detail.

Shorter is quicker to read but not as detailed.

Thanks for your time with reading and answering.

Hello Angela,

I will create a proposal in pdf format as Tawnya mentions, however, I will have a shorter version of that proposal
copied into the email itself summarizing the more detailed attachment.

In some cases, I will also copy paste the longer version in the email itself and keep the attachments
separate if the potential client has asked for samples or copies of my work.
