OnBoarding Your New VA - What Can the Biz Owner Do?

Recommended Posts

I typically do a client intake form with the new client which includes everything I need to work for them from usernames/passwords to special dates (like their birthday, etc.). I always get on the phone with a new client too so I can feel out their personality (are they stern, humorous, sarcastic, etc.) to help me communicate better with them. As well I want to know their 1-5 year goal plan so I can find ways to help them achieve same. If they have a business/marketing plan I love to read it. As well as any products, membership sites, books, ebooks, etc. I  try to get my hands on and read/scan through.
