Certified Insurance Virtual Assistant

Recommended Posts

Greetings from Cicada Central (yes, Northern Illinois has been invaded by the millions!)

Last month I announced a new certification for virtual assistants! Virtual Business Partners quickly discovered that if agents/producers in the insurance/financial services industries had a virtual assistant with industry and product knowledge, the agent could become more efficient and productive, resulting in increased productivity. An industry survey conducted by Virtual Business Partners suggests that agents/producers realize the need for specialized assistance, but are not aware of resources available to assist them or how to utilize a virtual assistant. The goal of Virtual Business Partners is two fold; to be a provider of these specialized services and spread the awareness to the virtual assistant industry that this market requires unique assistance and to seek out those virtual assistants with potential for assisting this market. (See my previous post in this forum for additional information.) Now it's on to spreading the word!

I am now opening up enrollment for this certification! Be one of the first three VAs to sign up and receive $75 off your enrollment! In addition to completing your certification, you will be able to access proven marketing strategies that will assist you with marketing yourself to these industries, a listing on my web site (think free advertising!), ability to receive subcontracting opportunities or referrals for projects and the ability to expand your service offerings or harness your existing experience in these industries.

Since the inception of this certification and refining my marketing strategy to these industries over the last four months, I have signed five agent/financial services clients with an additional seven active proposals out there. In almost every conversation that I have had with a my current clients and prospects, they have all said that this is great because they either go through a temp agency or do the work themselves. They had no idea that this type of virtual assistance was available.

You may be wondering the value of having this certification. First, the educational component. Classes are managed through LOMA (Life Office Management Association), a leader is financial services training. Second, the experience component was created in concert with agent input along with leaders in the insurance/financial services industry. This is no fly-by-night certification. This is backed by a leader in financial services training! (www.loma.org)

Please contact me through my web site at www.virtualbusinesspartners.net or email me directly for more information. Remember, be one of the first five and get $$$ off your enrollment! I will also be opening this up in the IVAA as well so be sure to mention that you saw this post here!

Hi Doreen,

This sounds like it could be a good opportunity for someone interested in the insurance field.

However, I noticed an error that you may want to clear up. Is it the first three or the first five people to enroll who are eligible for the discount?

It's the first FIVE! Sorry about that! Plus it's not just limited to the insurance field, there are elective classes that branch out in to other financial services, that is why this certification is so dynamic! There are many agents/producers that are multi-service and this certification was designed as such.

Best,

Doreen
