What Is a VANA Premier Partner?
VANA Premier Partners are businesses we believe can bring real value to our community.
In exchange for providing VANA members with an exclusive discount, special offer or added benefit, approved partners receive ongoing visibility within the VANA community and become part of our trusted collection of member resources.
It's designed to be a win for everyone: our members discover valuable resources and save money, our partners connect with potential customers, and VANA continues to bring worthwhile benefits to our community.
What Do VANA Premier Partners Receive?
1. Your Business Featured in Our Member Perks
Your business will be featured on our VANA Member Perks page with your image or logo, information about your exclusive member offer, and a direct link to your website.
2. A Premier Partner Welcome
When you join us, we'll introduce your business and your VANA member perk to our community so members know you're now a VANA Premier Partner.
3. Ongoing Visibility Opportunities
Premier Partners may receive occasional mentions and additional exposure when we see a natural opportunity to introduce your product, service or offer to our community.
We especially love finding extra promotional opportunities for Premier Partners who also have an affiliate program, making the partnership beneficial for everyone.
4. Official VANA Premier Partner Badge
Approved partners receive our VANA Premier Partner badges that you can proudly display on your website, partner page and marketing materials.
It's an easy way to show your customers that your business is an official partner of the Virtual Assistant Networking Association.

What We Ask From Our Premier Partners...
We want our Premier Partner Program to provide genuine value to VANA members. As part of the partnership, we ask that you provide an exclusive VANA member benefit.
This might be:
- A percentage or dollar-value discount
- Special VANA member pricing
- An extended free trial
- A complimentary upgrade or bonus
- An exclusive package or offer
- Another valuable perk created specifically for our community
If your system supports promotional codes, we will provide you with a promotional code to use.
If you already have a dedicated webpage or special link for the VANA offer, you can provide that too, but a dedicated landing page isn't required.
Do You Have an Affiliate Program?
Even better!
Many of our Premier Partner relationships also include an affiliate partnership.
We love giving our Premier Partners extra promotion and exposure when opportunities arise, and an affiliate relationship makes it a win-win for everyone. Our members discover valuable resources, our partners gain new customers, and VANA earns a commission on resulting sales.
We'll ask about your affiliate program, commission structure, tracking period and available promotional materials when you apply.
Don't have an affiliate program? That's okay. We're also open to other mutually beneficial partnership arrangements.
Complimentary Partner Access
When applicable, we may request complimentary access to your software, membership, course, training program or other product.
Why?
We like to be familiar with the products and resources we're recommending to our community. Complimentary partner access allows us to experience your offering, better understand its value and stay up to date with what you provide.
Depending on your offering, this could be ongoing complimentary access, limited-time access or review access.
Premier Partnership vs. Paid Advertising
These are two different ways to work with VANA — and you're welcome to use both.
- VANA Premier Partnership is an ongoing relationship built around providing an exclusive benefit to VANA members. Premier Partners receive the benefits outlined above, but partnership status does not guarantee specific advertising placements or promotional dates.
- Paid Advertising is the better choice when you want guaranteed, scheduled exposure for a launch, sale, event, product or campaign. We offer advertising across our email list, LinkedIn Group, Facebook Group and Facebook Page, as well as multi-platform bundles.
