  1. Social Media Marketing Set-Up

    I would have to set up 9 social media accounts. I will only be setting them up and training her person to do this (yes, write a training manual) and setting up a calendar. They have a unique place-antiques and eclectic bar altogether. It's made quite a topic, even made it in the Washington Post. Their goal is to be national in 5 years or less and he is growing fast. The target market is 21-35, male and female. He only has a facebook page and a website that a person can't find. I plan on branding throughout as well. He asked for 3 different phases of this project. 1-social media, 2-woocommerce website, and blog. 3-Quickbooks. I'm sure he will ask me to create the graphics (and thanks for the reminder about graphics) can take some time and I need to put it in my proposals!) I will not be doing anything once they are created unless, of course, I get the call for help.
  2. Hi all, I have a client that wants a complete social media marketing set-up. I plan to post and create accounts for 10 different apps, so he can do the HootSuite. Any suggestion on how long this will all take? I also will do an audit, help him set objections and goals and create a calendar for him to start out. Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well!

  4. Hi all, I'm still in development of my WordPress website (well, my web designer is helping with some items). I'm doing an interactive blog that will be a page on my website. It will be about tradeshows, not the VA side of things. I am looking for contact emails. Will that mean that I do NOT want a RSS feed? I was a bit confused on how the RSS feed works. Also, I'm looking to have a job board on this blog page for wholesalers at trade shows. I saw a plugin for WordPress for job boards. Can anyone tell me how that works and how it works with the blog? It's rather expensive at 100-200 annually. Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

  8. My name is Lea Priewe-month end that will change to Henrichs! I live ½ time in Wisconsin and ½ time in Florida. I don’t like the cold any longer and my children are grown-two boys and a girl! We are also very fortunate to have businesses in Wisconsin that allow us to leave the cold for 5 months. I have twin (boy and girl) grand darlings that are just turning 2, of which I Need to visit as often as possible. My hobbies, well, I work a lot, ride on a Harley occasionally, travel and dine-yes wine is included with the dine! My start up business is Type A Virtual Assistant Technologies-typea.tech. I have been working the last 6 years remotely-but was required to work remote from past employments-those weekends and vacations 😉 I have over 26 years of professional experience as an assistant, consultant, recruiter, National Sales Manager (wholesaling), Development Director (nonprofit) and Project Director (market research). My niche will be in the wholesaling industry-gifts. I still have connections and a ton of more connections to make! I have the drive to continue to be successful for myself. I am also looking forward to working for myself-with a team that is like-minded and positive! I am now working on getting a team in place, as well as building my website and all of the other essential items needed to get Type A rolling as soon as possible!
  9. Time Management Tools

    I too have been doing the research on Time Management tools. The one that was in the VA networking video was Timestamp. Timestamp was only listed with 3 stars-but it is freeware! I did see another that also has a freeware version-Zoho Projects. You may only have one project with the freeware though-which doesn't do a thing for me (as well as others I'm sure). I'm going to check on the others listed here (big thanks!)-but was wondering if the Zoho would be worth the monthly investment or if it is overkill? Anyone have experience in Zoho? It works with the google apps as well-a feature I like. Also, is it really conducive to have a time management tool as well as a project management tool? Any information is greatly appreciated!!
  10. Wordpress assistance!

    Hello everyone! I'm just started my VA business and thought I could handle building my own website on Wordpress. I'm having issues in the design view of the canned theme. On each page, I can add a picture, but where my "blog" would be located, I can't seem to make it pop (change color, fonts etc). It just shows a plain boring white box. When I go into the design layout section I am confused with the terminology. Are there any resources out there that you could recommend. Thus far, google has not provided me with the answers I'm looking for. I'm positive that I am searching with incorrect terminology on my end.
