Every business is being hit right now but people all still have needs and if you can find that solution for them, it can be a golden opportunity for you. What are real estate agents biggest problem right now is it marketing, showing homes, or what? If it's showing homes (people don't want to let strangers in their houses right now touching things, etc) then maybe you can come up with a solution like hiring a videographer to go in and do open house videos for realtors from the eyes of a person wanting to buy a house (looking in closets, opening cupboards, looking at areas of the house not normally shown in the pictures online for example). My point being, think out of the box of how you can fix realtors problems right now they are having with covid and find solutions for them. ie) Offer packages to help them put together open house videos LOL

Great mission statement! I wouldn't worry too much about having one, I've never won a client because of mine. In the olden days it was important to have one as we needed content for our website. Nowadays people just want to know you can get the job done for them within the time they want it done. Mission and vision statements are really just for our own egos. I don't even teach this to new VAs anymore as there are more important things to concentrate on like building your list. Plus, I've noticed over the years that many new VAs get stuck on this task of creating their mission and vision statements. They get hung up on this and then give up on starting their business. Again great mission statement and now you can check that off your startup list and move on to getting yourself booked out with a full client base.

Yes explain it all to them and see what they say. I'd record a screenshare using something like Loom or meet them on Zoom and show them examples such as your struggles with the PDFs having multiple hands involved. Can show her your original work, then the persons edits and then how you had to redo everything again. You can also point out the various things that are messed up on their website and how it takes you longer to do anything. I find explaining things in video gets the point across more effectively then over the phone or via email.

Most clients I've talked to don't want to see a long laundry list of services you can do for them. It is not only overwhelming reading through the long list, but time consuming and doesn't help the client's decision making process to hire you. Continue reading buttons are seldom clicked on according to web usability statistics. What does help them decide is a paragraph on how you can help them with their bookkeeping or social media marketing. What problem of theirs can you solve with your services? Shorter is better. Get to the point of what your services can do for the client and that's all you need.

First, let's share some of our 2020 Goals in the thread below. If you have ever experienced either situation, you need to change the way you respond to your inner dialogue. Instead of obeying your negative commands, you can use positive self-talk to counter the negativity and overcome nearly all anxious thoughts. Setting Goals and Sticking to Them with Positive Self-Talk Are you initially filled with excitement when you first set goals for yourself? Are these thoughts then followed by self-doubt and self-defeating thoughts that stop you in your tracks before you even get started? It can be difficult to make the most of your life when you are constantly talking yourself out of being a success. It can be frustrating and discouraging to have these thoughts constantly plaguing you. Many of us, in fact, don't even realize we have them! All we know is that we don't have the confidence to stick to our plans and reach our goals. But there's another way! Positive self-talk is an effective way to set goals and ensure that you stick to them, even if you have never been able to do this before. The way this works is that you decide what goal is important to you, and then you plan the logistics of how you are going to attain this goal. When self-doubt starts kicking in, you will respond with affirmations that prove your success without surrendering to the negative pressure. Since you're reading this article, it's clear that you're no quitter and you're certainly not a failure, so start believing in yourself! Re-Programming Your Mind Affirmations are essentially positive statements that re-program your mind for the positive. The moment you have a self-defeating thought you'd be able to counter the negative with a motivating statement. An example of a positive affirmation is: "I am worthy of great success," or "I see myself in the winner's circle." What this does is replace negativity with thoughts that will help you move toward your goals instead of further away from them. Positive self-talk is easier to implement than you might think. You may not be aware of the severity of the negative dialogue currently within your mind. However, once you begin with positive self-talk, you will suddenly realize that you are self-sabotaging the goals you set for yourself from the minute that you make them. This process can open your eyes to exactly how much this inner conversation has been interfering with your life. You'll feel hopeful that you can now set goals and surpass them. Through positive self-talk you will be able easily set long and short-term goals for yourself. And when you use affirmations, you'll have accessible tools to help you push yourself further than ever before. Learning to quiet negativity with positive thoughts is a great move toward setting and attaining future goals with ease.

If anyone is wanting to upgrade from the run of the mill email signatures, I recommend WiseStamp It's free and ad free, even gives the option to remove their name and logo if so desired! Also, it allows you to include social media buttons for Twitter, FaceBook, etc, as-well-as your latest blog article! Let me know what you think

Hey all, I'll have to look into Grammerly. I've been finding my biggest ally in management of myself is in using both Google docs and Google calendar. I believe Tawnya touched on this. Basically I use todos marked on the calendar as well as appointments. I also have a master sheet in Google Spreadsheet that references the documents in the folders. For example, if I'm planning my blogs, I'll do so in the spreadsheet but give them an ID (let's say 2.3) which I'll then be able to reference as the document name in Google drive of that same folder. I have found this really increased my productivity having a bit of order to my life. I'll have to share my processes and sheets for VA Insiders when I work on fine tuning them more. I have a lot of fancy formulas in there too because Geeks like me love numbers lol.
