I have been a Virtual Assistant since July 1997. I ran Canada's first VA training program for 7 years and have been a speaker at both in person and virtual VA conferences. My business has been built by referral only and this year (2018) is the first year I've ever had a website! I still love what I do and love doing creative work along with creating systems and processes.
