About Me

ALN Executive Management is a privately-owned and operated company. I founded ALN Executive Management to serve a unique niche for quality, customized service in the virtual administrative support, business management and meeting and events industry. Prior to taking the leap into business ownership, I served in various administrative roles and event planning for more than 25 years. From my first job in 1981 as a secretary to my last corporate position in 2010 as the Director of Operations at a commercial real estate firm, I have developed a vast working knowledge of business office operations and an extraordinary knowledge of technology.


In my role as the Director of Operations for a busy entrepreneur in the greater New York area, I was responsible for overseeing the successful planning and execution of the business operations and events. I spent fifteen years in the motion picture industry where I worked in various capacities to help create numerous motion pictures and episodic television programs. I also worked in production for Sebastian International, where I had behind-the-scenes access to the inner workings of major events and daily rapport with the hotels and vendors they support. Throughout my career I have worked with entrepreneurs, CEOs, CFOs, presidents, board of directors, lawyers, doctors, producers, directors, writers, interior decorators, contractors and small business owners in varying fields such as corporate, entertainment, legal, medical, and real estate. These combined roles gave me varying perspectives and relationships in business management, fostered my love of meeting and event planning, and encouraged me to start a firm that could operate as an extension of my client's team. My founding philosophy "no detail goes unnoticed" service is based upon a genuine desire to allow clients to focus on building their business without the worry. My philosophy allows clients access to professional administrative, meeting and event planning support, volume buying, and time savings without sacrificing customization, quality, and control of their business or event.


I graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix with a BS in Business Management and Marketing.


I perform at a Masters level in all Microsoft Office applications. In addition, I have an advanced knowledge of many leading and proprietary software programs ranging from ecommerce, bookkeeping, customer relationship management, marketing, real estate and more. The many years of experience as an administrative professional and event planner, along with my accomplished technology know-how, have significantly contributed to my success.
