Web Executive Assistant is a husband and wife team, consisting of Pamela and Pieter Akkerman. Pamela has over 20 years of C-level support experience in telecommunication and banking industries. Pieter has over 20 years experience in VMware, backup administration, website design and maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software, business disaster recovery and small business hosting.

Pieter has a combination of over 20 years experience in IT Administration and a degree in Counseling, and a certified Hypnotherapist (Ericksonian hypnosis and psychotherapy), He has a degree as a Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certificate in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
