I reside in North Carolina; I am a North Carolina real estate broker; and I assist real estate agents and brokers. I've had a North Carolina real estate license since 1996. I have assisted real estate top producers since 2000. I've been a virtual assistant since early 2007.

I have listed and sold real estate; I know what it takes. My first career was software development and project management. I appreciate what technology can do for real estate brokers/agents and other professionals. I began assisting other agents as a licensed on-site assistant to a Outer Banks, NC, top producer in 2000. I created a contact database for her, created and maintained her web site, managed her marketing, input all her listings to the Multiple Listing Service, wrote her contracts, managed the closing process, etc.

From 2002 to the end of 2006 I worked on-site for a different agent. When the real estate market slowed at the end of 2006 the Outer Banks' resort real estate market was especially hard-hit. I began working from my home office (virtually assisting the same agent) and added more virtual clients (local realtors). I now want to add more virtual clients to my client list.
