Accounts Payable – (Performed as Consultant & for self) manage bill payment, vendor payments, and utility payments.

Accounts Receivable – manage customer sales receipts, billing, collect and process payments.

Payroll Accounting – (Performed as Consultant) Review and approve time sheets for field personal and office personal. Enter data into QuickBooks to upload into ADP. Researches, assembles, and summarizes information upon request. Prepare monthly payroll or review related journal entries and account reconciliations. Manage reporting and recording vacation time taken to employees and managers. Inquire about payroll inaccuracies, process various deductions, process 401k contributions, stock options and ESPP, and manage "track of time off" liability reporting (vacation, sick, personal, etc).

Sales – Process credit application for potential customers for Sprint Nextel. Inform customers of current phones and plans. Assist customers in making the best choice of service. Schedule appointments for sales or repair.

Retail - Process payments using PreCash for several utility companies as well as several auto finance companies.

Advertising/Marketing – (Performed as Consultant & for self) create flyers, brochures, company logo, and literature for sales. Web Design – (Performed as Consultant & Self) Created company website with merchant services.

Human Resources – (Performed as Consultant & Self) Hiring screening process for new hires. Created all documentation needed to employ and qualify candidates. Created sales contract and policies for company, regarding harassment, privacy and confidentiality.

Bookkeeping – (Performed as Consultant) proficient in QuickBooks Pro 2009, instructed other small business owners how to use the accounting software for their company.

Collections – Upon 30 day due date of invoices billed conducted collection calls and payment arrangements.

Contract Administration – Process contracts between company and Single Family Homebuilders. Request Insurance certificates, file for business licenses in city where work would be performed.
