I have over 10 years providing administrative support in a brick and mortar office. I am a Certified Administrative Professional and also certified in Microsoft Word 2007 and Outlook 2007. I am very active in IAAP and am my chapter's president this year.

On a more personal note, I have a little weenie dog named Sophie who will one day be a Registered Therapy Dog. She's full of love and compassion.
