Robin Thomas is the owner of V-Force Solutions.
She has worked professionally in the administrative field for over sixteen years. Robin has extensive experience in challenging commercial environments, and has served levels of management ranging from a single entrepreneur to high-level executives. Additionally, Robin possesses invaluable Customer Service and Liaison skills.
Her active role in sales and marketing, office management, and telemarketing has enabled her to achieve a diverse and successful administrative background.
Robin has proven to be efficient, and strives for accuracy. Every business situation is approached with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Although Robin takes pride for her self-teaching ability, she acknowledges the importance of continuing education. As such, Robin has achieved various continuing education credits and vocational certificates.

Robin’s passion for computers led her to explore the field of technology. In 2001 she attended Sanford Brown College and earned her MCP certification. Although this was a great achievement, Robin felt compelled to advance her career as an Administrator. She joined Penn Foster College to pursue an online Medical Coding & Billing Certificate. In doing so, much of her early course work allowed her to fine tune her interpersonal, speech, writing, and Microsoft computer application skills.
Unfortunately, Robin’s 12 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer and she was unable to complete this Certification. With the need to be by her daughter’s side, in 2009 Robin decided to embark on a new endeavor. Having put all her expertise and experience to work for her, she is proud to be able to provide to you the much needed, cost efficient Virtual Administrative Assistance service.
