  1. Super easy-to-follow instructions. Thanks for that awesome resource Tawnya! My analytics are all set up
  2. Interesting that both of these programs are now defunct. I tried both websites and they're no longer available. If you're looking for comprehensive training, my Professional Real Estate Assistant Certification program has been providing great training for over 10 years. You can get all the details at http://www.REAUniversity.com, and certainly let me know about any questions you might have. Happy to help!
  3. We are working on a 'secret project' and part of that involves negotiating amazing partnerships that will be of great benefit to YOU. We are working on volume discounts for products that you already use. Could you spare a couple of moments (it really is that quick), and answer our short multiple-choice survey? http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/H6HS628 The more people who participate, the greater the discounts we can achieve. We really appreciate your input! Thanks a bunch, Pam Pam Ivey, Cert SBM,CPREA,CRESS,CMP The Canadian Virtual Assistant Network / www.CanadianVA.net P.S. If you know other Canadian VAs that can help with the survey, please pass it along. That would be awesome! (Must be Canadian... we are working with Microsoft Canada.)
  4. If you'd like to seriously elevate your profile in the VA industry quickly, being owner of an association is definitely the way to go. Due to some recent life changes, my priorities and interests have changed. If you'd like to learn more, please send me an email to pam (at) pamivey.com or send me a private message here through the forum. SERIOUS inquiries only please.
  5. I have a great resource for you! Recently released, I've dropped my GoToMeeting account at $49 a month and have signed up for GVO Conference, which at $8.97 a month, allows for up to 50 participants (GTM at the $49 a month rate only allows up to 15), and records as well. Pretty much does all the same stuff that GTM does and more - like a nice chat feature and separate video so you can see the speaker as well. Here's the link http://www.gvoconference.com/ (it's an affiliate link ) {Edited by Staff: Sorry Pam but no affiliate links allowed here, only by Admin) Cheers, Pam
  6. I'll be there with "bells on"! =) Can't wait to see everyone again. I missed last year because I needed to attend Infusioncon but you won't be able to hold me back in May. I'll be speaking too - well, really demonstrating, on creating an elearning and mmembership environment in WordPress. Should be fun! Portland is also one of the cities on my "must see" list so I'm excited at the location. The hotel rate is super sweet too. Who else is going to be there?
  7. Hey Tawnya, It's on my schedule! Can't wait to connect in Atlanta. It's been way too long since we've seen each other. =) Pam
  8. Congrats again Janet and AWESOME idea in sending your clients those HARO posts. I've sent them to clients pertaining to their specialty or industry but not when it's about working with a VA. Well done! Cheers, Pam
  9. Hi gang, I've just released my latest newsletter issue and thought you might be interested in having a peek! You can check it out at http://pamivey.com/newsletter/. In it, I speak about an upcoming teleseminar focused on the Multi-VA Teams, results from my latest survey, this time on the Multi-VA business structure, as well as setting your rates and getting comfortable with selling your virtual services. I'd love to hear your feedback too! Make it a successful day, Pam
  10. Hi gang, I'm hoping you can help me out by participating in a quick survey about the multi-VA business structure. Whether you own a multi-VA business or not, your input will be most valuable. http://www.virtualassistanttrainingacademy.com/mvasurvey.html As my gift to your for your time, I'd like to offer you a f*ree ebook called Scribd Marketing Basics. If you're not aware of Scribd yet, it's time to get up to date! =) Thanks in advance for taking part! Cheers, Pam

  12. Hi Barb, I know this won't help with your current situation but I just wanted to make a suggestion that has greatly helped me in my business for receiving payments. I actually opened up a merchant account through my bank and I debit the client's credit card myself on the 1st of each month for retainer programs, and 50% deposit I require for projects before any work begins. The remaining 50% is debited to their credit card upon final release of the finished work. Although there's a fee up front to get a merchant account, it has paid me back big time in the form of eliminating wait time for payment, and being in control of how and when I get paid. It may be something you want to consider moving forward. I highly recommend it. Cheers, Pam
