  1. Hi Rita, I use SmartCal it's free and allows you to post it to your web page pretty easily. You can view my calendar Hope this helps.
  2. Hi Karen, I think something like ShareCalendar would be a viable solution and much more cost effective.
  3. PrimoPDF is a free pdf converter from lots of programs including MS Word...check it out and let me know what you think. Convert to PDF from any application by simply 'printing' to the PrimoPDF® printer - it couldn't be easier! Within minutes, you can create high-quality PDFs by converting from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtually any other printable file type.

  5. I use box.net for sharing files with clients, you get a 1GB of space and you can provide the recipient with a link to the files a nice fee service.
  6. I use dropload for files that can be emailed it's free. The downside it that the file has to be picked up within 7days it's perged whether it's been picked up or not and email size limits can vary. The other program I use for larger files is box.net you get a 1GB of space and you can provide the recipient with a link to the files a nice fee service. Hope this is helpful...
  7. Hi Everyone, FYI: MYIVO is a free remote access app that's out there as well

  10. Hi Kathy, I'm originally from Lebanon Pa but I live in the Scranton area now and work in Binghamton NY... hate the commute. I'm very excited about getting my virtual assistant business off the ground, i bit nervous as well but this looks like a great place to network. Thanks for the reply...
  11. Hi My name is Tina Clemo and I'm the owner/administrator of NEPA Virtual Assistant. Although I am currently working for a company my hope is to be working full-time as a virtual assistant over the next few months. My home office is in North East Pennsylvania so I've just recently started marketing my business there and online. I enjoy helping others understand technology and how to make it work for them and since I have such a diverse skill set I thought being a virtual assistant was an ideal job for me. I do realize I still have lots to learn and I find new things everyday... I'd like to hear from anyone in the Virtual Assistant community that has tips for us newbies. Tina
