  4. Hi, I know this is simple but for some reason my brain is not kicking in. I need to enter slide numbers but I need to start on slide 4 and not slide 1 - how do I accomplish that? Thank you
  5. I'm so sorry Yvonne. It's disgraceful that you have to go through this problem along with everything else that is going on. Some companies have no heart! I would certainly contact BA afterwards and tell them about the poor customer service you received and keep fighting until something is done, maybe you will receive something towards a flight home the next time. I have done this before, I came back from home a few years ago and my case had been opened and some of my belongings were torn and broken and I contacted BA and kept fighting until I eventually received money from them. It takes a while but you get an overwhelming sense of satisfaction when you win!!
  6. I feel your pain Amanda. I dealt with a phone company for 8 months over a bill. We went around in circles for and every time I called I was transferred to various places and was hung up on constantly. It was so frustrating, I'm glad that you found someone who is helping you. Good luck
