This calendar lists all the Zoom meetings and training webinars hosted by the Virtual Assistant Networking Association and our affiliated sites. You’ll find a mix of FREE sessions and exclusive Members Only content.
🕐 All event times are listed in Vancouver, BC time (UTC-7). British Columbia no longer changes its clocks, so from November to March our times are one hour ahead of US Pacific Time. When you subscribe to the calendar or add an event to your own calendar, it should automatically adjust to your local time zone. Want to double-check? Use a time zone converter.

For Google Calendar Users
Follow the prompts:
- You'll be directed to your Google Calendar.
- Confirm that you want to add VANA’s Webinar Training Hub to your calendar.
For Apple Calendar on Mac
Follow the prompts:
- Open Apple Calendar.
- Choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
- Paste the calendar link.
- Click Subscribe.
For Outlook Users
Follow the prompts:
- Open Outlook Calendar.
- Click Add Calendar.
- Select Subscribe from Web.
- Paste the VANA calendar link.
- Click Import.
Important
Be sure to subscribe to the calendar instead of downloading and importing the ICS file. A subscription allows future event changes and new events to update automatically in your calendar.
